Generalizing, Demonizing Diatribe Solves Nothing
I've read many posts with people ranting about politics or seemingly obsessed with other people and their money... "those billionaires!". 🤑
That's stuff I just can't relate to.
I don't care if other people are billionaires, the same as I don't care if other people are millionaires, the same as I never cared if a neighbor got a new vehicle or a bigger house.
Why? Because their wealth and other "things" have absolutely nothing to do with me. 🤯
I just don't understand the hatred over such things.
People ranting about Trump or Democrats or The Rich or the Boomers (starting on Gen X and sometimes even Millennials now!) and just on and on.
Going on about how evil others are with their racism, their toxicity, their hatred... and in their ranting they are spewing their own personal hatred toward tens of millions of people. 🤔😅
Ah well... I don't have to read those. 😃
My view is simple.. I don't expect anyone to help me.
I can only place expectations on myself.
I can't control what other people do. Only what I do.
And believe me... THAT'S enough to focus on. 😅
I take care of myself. I do what I can to help others along the way.
It seems to me, if people did that instead of endless ranting, the problems would largely "go away".
But what do I know?
